"We are currently overseeing renovations of a new home for clients purchase to remodeling foreclosure properties and "HOUSE FLIPPING". Houses with severe water damage and neglected properties by previous owners and House Flipping properties are what we have been doing for over 25 years. We overseeing 'ALL" aspects of the construction process including, new and repairing of roofing, new flooring, etc.," Choice Management Services Group LLC believes, "No job is TOO Big or TOO Small. We charge 10 to 20 percent of the total renovation cost to hire the sub-contractors and project-manage for them. This type of job is above and beyond the standard maintenance and repairs (putting in new carpet or painting) that is included in our construction rate and your monthly rental property management rate." VICTORY THROUGH FAITH MINISTRY CAN HELP We can provide Transitional Housing for you for an extended period of time To join us: • Must be a Veteran, Senior or Domestic Violence Victim • Must be homeless or displaced from adequate housing • Be clean & sober for 30 days • Have a income • Be willing to work & participate in our programs ( if applicable) Victory Through Faith Ministry Inc., mission is to help U.S. Veterans who are displaced, disabled or otherwise in transition become integrated into a community life by providing them suitable housing in a safe and welcoming environment. Victory Through Faith Ministry Inc. has begun cultivating programs designed to directly support homeless, low income, or at-risk of being homeless veterans and their families. In addition: we have created an Intervention & Combat Stress Recovery Programs that would assist men and women who suffer from PTSD, Domestic Violence and Substance Abuse with not only transitional housing but, with counseling and recovery programs that will lead them to a sober and healthy way of living. Our goal is not only to serve this population, but improve the lives of Veterans by mobilizing the caring power of communities around the world to advance the common good. Together, we will fight for those who fought for us. The change starts with us.
